  10:30     Departure from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine (1 hour)

          11:30     Arrival at Uminonakamichi Seaside Park → Aquarium visit (1h30min)

          13:00     Departure from Uminonakamichi Seaside Park (10 min)

 Lunch  13:10      In the Park Fukuoka →BBQ (all you can drink soft drinks) (2 hours 10 minutes)

          15:20       Departure from In the Park Fukuoka (40 minutes)

          16:00       Arrival at Hakata Station Dismissal

Please listen carefully to the instructions given by the organizer and staff, and behave with good manners while on the bus tour.  

Please refrain from recording or videotaping during the bus tour.  

If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave the tour or leave the venue.  

The organizers will not be liable for any accident or trouble caused by not following the instructions of the organizers and attendants.  

Other actions that the organizers deem to be disruptive to the tour's production or operation, or to be dangerous or damaging to others, may result in the tour being suspended or cancelled.

Images taken during the tour may be used in future for TV broadcasts, internet distribution, social networking sites, etc.

・Participants themselves may also be filmed during this event. Participants basically agree to the use of their own likenesses. We appreciate your cooperation in filming and using the footage.

Traffic conditions on the day of the tour

In some cases, the arrival or departure may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions on the day of departure or arrival. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the tour fee to the customer.  

Boarding and disembarking at other than the departure and arrival points is not acceptable due to schedule and safety management reasons.  

If the regular seats are full, we may ask you to use an auxiliary seat with your prior consent.  

About bus facilities

The buses will be large chartered buses. They do not have special specifications such as independent seats or full reclining.

To apply, please fill out the application form below and send it to us.

After submitting the application form, a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. If you do not receive a confirmation email after an hour or more, your application may not be complete or your email address may be incorrect.

The result of your application will be sent to the representative of your application by registered e-mail after your application is completed.

After completing the application, please purchase the bus tour tickets from the URL that was guided from the e-mail until 18:00 on July 10(Wed.)

・You will be able to purchase the bus tour tickets until 18:00 on July 10.

・Purchase of bus tour tickets by 18:00 on July 10 (Wed.) will constitute an official application for the trip. If ticket purchase and payment are not confirmed by the due date, the reservation will be deemed not to have been made.

If you wish to cancel your reservation after it has been made, please let us know by e-mail by Thursday, July 25. (Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.)

If you contact us on a holiday or after business hours, your cancellation will be processed on the next business day.

At least 3 days prior to departure, we will send the "Final Information" (a document stating the meeting time and place) to the representative person who applied for the tour by e-mail. The representative is kindly requested to forward the information to the accompanying persons.
