We, KANOA LAULEA'S FUKUOKA, are a women's volleyball team whose hometown is Fukuchi-machi, Tagawa-gun, Fukuoka Prefecture. We are the first women's team from Fukuoka Prefecture to enter the V.LEAGUE in 2023, and our goal is to be promoted to the SV League.
BASIC PRINCIPLE
KANOA LAULEA'S FUKUOKA aims to be a professional volleyball team that contributes to building a healthy and cultured community and inspires children to dream and be inspired through sports and local development activities. In partnership with its hometown, Fukuchi Town in Fukuoka Prefecture, the team will not only play volleyball, but also develop local specialties and create local attractions with local residents and players, aiming for promotion to the V1 League with a new model that combines sports, entertainment, and local development, and bringing energy to the community.

CONCEPT
Origin of Club Name
Kanoa means “freedom” in Hawaiian, and laurea also means “happiness” in Hawaiian. By respecting the talents of each player and encouraging them to grow into attractive players, we promise to bring excitement and happiness to our viewers as they spread their wings in “freedom” through volleyball.
Club colors and their origin
The club's main colors consist of navy blue and red. The dark blue represents “calmness and tranquility. This is derived from “Thinking Volleyball” advocated by the director Akito Morita, and it expresses the desire to make calm judgments about everything and to guide the players in the right direction. The color red also represents a burning fighting spirit. Even in the midst of calmness, we will keep our inner fighting spirit burning and seize victory.
Emblem
We have included our wish to create and transmit a society in which women can play an active role by themselves through SDGs gender equality. A simple female motif is placed in the center. The light she gazes at signifies happiness, and her wings represent freedom.
