Bus Tour Details

- The first 40 people to register will be accepted.

・The result of the application will be sent to the representative of the application by registered e-mail after the application is completed.

You can apply at any time during the application period under the same conditions.

・Duplicate applications will not be accepted. (Applications with a different representative will also be invalid.)

Conditions for application: Anyone can apply.

Assemble at 9:00 Kokura Station (JR Shinkansen Exit side)In front of Family Mart

Arrival at 10:30 (about 1 hour and 30 minutes) Fukuchi-cho B&G Gymnasium (practice visit)

Arrive at 12:05 (about 55 minutes)   Kanofuku Eel (lunch)

Arrive at 13:20 (about 3 hours)   Ueno Pottery Cooperative Association & Watari Kiln (Ueno pottery viewing & Ueno pottery making experience)

Arrive at 16:40 (about 50 minutes) Hiou no Yu (hot spring)

None of the above expenses will be refunded even if you do not use some of them for your own reasons.  

 

◎Things not included in the tour price

Except for the above, the bus tour fee does not include other expenses that are usually required for participation.  

Personal expenses (food and beverages, dry cleaning, telephone charges not specified in the itinerary)

- Transportation expenses between your home and the meeting/dismissal point 

Medical expenses related to injury or illness 

Any other expenses not included in the bus tour fee

Please listen carefully to the instructions given by the organizers and staff, and behave with good manners during the bus tour.  

Please refrain from recording or video recording during the bus tour.  

If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave the tour or leave the venue.  

・The organizer will not be responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by not following the instructions of the organizer and attendants.  

・The tour may be suspended or cancelled in the event of any other behavior deemed by the organizer to be disruptive to the production or operation of the tour, or to be dangerous or damaging to others.  

3. About your seat

Seating on the bus and at the event will be decided by us in advance.

4. About your portrait rights 

- Footage taken during the tour may be used in the future for TV broadcasts, internet distribution, social networking sites, etc.

・Participants themselves may also be filmed during this event. Participants basically agree to the use of their own likenesses. We appreciate your cooperation in filming and using the footage.  

 

Bus Operation

 

The buses will be reserved seats drawn by us in advance.

・The meeting time is scheduled 30 minutes before departure.  

・Departure and arrival times are subject to change. The detailed schedule will be announced in the final information (e-mail).  

・Departure and arrival times may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions on the day of departure. In such cases, we will not be able to refund the tour fee to the customer.  

Boarding and disembarking outside the departure and arrival points is not acceptable due to schedule and safety management reasons.  

If the regular seats are full, we may ask you to use an auxiliary seat with your prior consent.  

・About bus facilities

・The buses will be large chartered buses. They do not have special specifications such as independent seats or full reclining.

No smoking on the bus.

There is no toilet on the bus. (Restroom breaks will be taken as needed.) 

There are no restroom facilities on the bus.
