In order to provide a safe and secure environment for all spectators, KANOA LAURELAIRS FUKUOKA has established a set of rules for spectators at home games.

These rules will be in effect from the home game on October 19, 2024 (Saturday) at Iizuka City Gymnasium.

Please use only one seat per ticket.

Please do not reserve a seat with baggage or more than the number of tickets purchased.

The organizers reserve the right to remove any baggage left unattended for an extended period of time.

Flash photography during the games

Posting photos or videos of athletes on social networking sites or websites for sexual purposes.

Taking photos with a tripod.

Photographing while standing or leaving one's seat

Taking photos or videos that interfere with other spectators' viewing.

Photographing for "trademark purposes" or "infringement of the rights of Fukuoka Cano A Laurea's or any third party".

On the court

Scenes of play: Up to one rally per set.

One rally means from the moment a serve is hit to the moment either player scores a point.

Non-playing scenes, such as bench scenes: 30 seconds or less per match.

Outside the court

Arena concourse (around spectator seats), etc.: No limit

In principle, the admission start time (opening time) will be as follows

　　Platinum Monthly Member: 2 hours 15 minutes before the start of the game

　　Premier Monthly Member 2 hours before the start of the game

　　General admission: 1 hour and 45 minutes before the start of the game

　　*The scheduled time is subject to change depending on congestion, weather, etc.

Cheering is a great source of strength for teams and players. Please cheer with respect for each other, regardless of whether you are a home or away team.

To this end, please observe the following rules.

◆Concerning the use of audio equipment

　As our club promotes cheering by using sound and other dramatic means, the following items are prohibited.

　Cheering using musical instruments such as speakers, drums, etc.

　Cheering flags, banners, etc. that obstruct other spectators

　The same rules apply to the away team.

Only banners that have received prior permission from the Fukuoka Canoa Laureates Office may be displayed.

Please note that even with prior permission, it may not be possible to display the banner due to the circumstances of the venue. Please understand that in some cases, even if prior permission has been granted, it may not be possible to display the banner.

Please note that the club may not be able to display the banner even if prior permission has been granted. Please remove the banner once even if you wish to display it on consecutive days.

Banners that have not been approved by the clubs will be removed by the organizers.

Waiting to enter or exit the venue is prohibited. Please be aware of this.

In principle, food and beverages may be brought into the venue and consumed on seats.

(*In some venues, food and beverages may not be allowed, and we will inform you of this separately.

Beverages in cans and bottles are prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the venue and grounds. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.

Smoking in the vicinity of the venue is also prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.

Please do not give gifts to athletes in the event venue.

Please do not leave any food or beverages, cash, money certificates, dangerous items, opened or used items, or valuables in the box.

Please refrain from handing over your baggage directly to the players or staff members. （Please do not give them directly to players or staff (please give them to the staff in charge of general reception).

Please refrain from being photographed at the venue for publicity or commercial purposes by Canoa Laureates Fukuoka, members of the press, or other related parties.

　The media and other related parties are filming for publicity or commercial purposes at the venue and using the footage in various media. Please be aware that you may be included in the video or still images.
